very nice B&B just outside Arles in the middle of the country. great welcome to us from the owners and many suggestion about what to do and where to go for dinner. Breakfast is served outdoor in the garden and there are honey and jams, always different tastes. In the 3 days we stayed at l'Oustal the weather was very hot, and the swimming pool has been really appreciated. Good place to go discovering the region (many wonderful places at a short distance). we suggest you this B&B for a short or long holiday. We stayed in the room Lavande (4 beds), the bathroom is little but confortable. Merci beaucoup à Thierry et à toute sa famille!!!

We had some nice 4 days in the beginning of May 2012.
Thierry as host, is nearly perfect:
- Good and nice breakfast
- Many tips of good locations
- All the time helpful, but also good privacy
We can fully recommended this location and Thierry as host for all, who likes to visit Provence, Camargue and regions around.

We stayed for 2 nights end of March 2012 and Thierry was an extremely welcoming host, and in fact his kindness made our visit really special. We had advised him we would arrive late evening due to the timing of our flights and this did not cause a problem. Excellent access directions. We had mentioned the swimming pool, which would not normally be open until later in the season but as the weather had been very warm the week before he had kindly arranged for it to be filled and set up for us.By the time we arrrived it had turned cold but honour bound to prove ourselves as hardy Scots we took the plunge.Which was worth it.I can imagine in the heat of this area in summer the pool would be a wonderful amenity. For us it was a fairly quick dip.But we very much appreciated him making it available to us.He rewarded us with a bottle of wine on the house! The rooms were lovely, traditional French style in keeping with the age and style of the mas.Not luxurious but full of character and very clean. The bathroom was small but worked fine.Good shower. They also had roll-up mosquito blinds on the windows which we did not need but noted this for a future visit in hotter weather.Breakfast was lovely.Fresh coffee orange juice crunch French bread and some special jams and honeys which were also on sale(eg honey from bees feeding on local lavender fields) plus some fromage frais. We chose to eat outdoors but you could also eat inside. The mas is well-placed for a visit to Arles (*** city) and the Camargue. And Thierry spent time showing us on the map where would be a good place to visit the Camargue. We would have no hesitation in recommending this for a visit to the country around Arles and will definitely hope to visit again.
